The Brain: your AI's knowledge library

The Brain is a growing library of facts your AI can draw on mid-conversation — program details, schedules, pricing context, guarantees, testimonials, logistics. Where AI Setup defines behavior, the Brain supplies knowledge.

01Adding knowledge

Type a fact. Add entries directly on the Brain page. Keep each entry to one self-contained fact — short entries get used more accurately than long essays (entries are ranked and the most relevant ones are pulled into each conversation).

Import from a link. Paste a URL (your landing page, program page) and the AI reads it and drafts Brain entries for you. You review and approve each draft before it's saved — nothing enters the Brain without your sign-off.

Rate replies. Thumbs-up / thumbs-down the AI's answers in the inbox or the test playground. Ratings teach the Brain what a good answer looks like for your business.

Review misses. Every thumbs-down lands in the Brain's Review misses tab: you see what the lead said, what the AI replied, and your note — then one click teaches the correct answer (it's saved as a Q&A entry) or dismisses the miss. Two minutes a week here compounds into a noticeably sharper assistant.

02How the AI uses it

On every reply, the most relevant Brain entries are selected and given to the AI alongside your persona and the conversation history. It won't recite entries word-for-word — it works the facts into its own voice.

03Managing entries

• Entries can be edited or deactivated at any time; deactivated entries stop influencing replies immediately.
• If the AI says something outdated, find the entry that caused it and fix it there — that corrects every future conversation at once.
