SetterStack is priced to be simple: start free, upgrade when it's booking calls for you, and never get surprised by a bill.

On Starter and Pro, paying yearly gets you the lower monthly rate. Prefer to stay flexible? Month-to-month is available at a slightly higher price. Flex is the pay-as-you-go option: a small base plus a few cents per conversation, so a quiet month costs you almost nothing.
02Free for a month, then pick a plan
The Free plan gives you full access for one month, no card required. After that, choose the plan that fits — Flex if you'd rather pay only for what you use, or Starter / Pro for a flat monthly rate. Every paid plan also starts with a 30-day free trial, so you're never charged before you've had a month to see it work.
03Your monthly AI usage
Every plan includes a generous number of monthly AI conversations, shown as a live meter in Settings → Billing. As you approach your plan's included amount we let you know, so your bill never runs away from you — and you can move up a plan any time you need more headroom. Your usage resets at the start of each billing month.
04Posting & WhatsApp
Post as much as you want. On Starter and Pro, publishing posts and arming their DM funnels is included — you're not billed per post. You only "spend" when your posts actually start conversations (that's the AI-conversation meter above), so the thing you pay for is the thing that books you calls.
WhatsApp is an add-on. Once WhatsApp is available on your workspace, each connected WhatsApp number is a small monthly add-on on top of your plan. Replies within WhatsApp's 24-hour window are just normal conversations; Meta bills any out-of-window template messages directly to your own WhatsApp Business account. 05How to upgrade or change your plan
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Choose Annual (cheaper) or Monthly, then pick Starter or Pro and hit Start free trial.
- You'll be sent to a secure checkout. Enter your card (nothing is charged during the trial) and, if you have one, your promo code.
- That's it — your new limits are live immediately.
To update your card, download invoices, switch plans, or cancel, open Settings → Billing → Manage billing. Only the workspace owner can change the plan.
06Agencies & white-label
If you want to resell SetterStack under your own brand to your own clients, that's the Agency plan. It's set up with you directly so we can match it to how you run your business — reach out and we'll get you going.
07Common questions
Do I need a card to start? No. The Free plan needs no card and gives you full access for one month.
What happens as I approach my monthly conversations? We show it on the usage meter and let you know as you get close, so nothing catches you off guard. Upgrade for more headroom, or wait for your usage to reset at the start of your next billing month.
Can I cancel? Yes, anytime, from Settings → Billing → Manage billing. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
