Getting help: report a bug or request a feature

Found something broken, or wish SetterStack did something it doesn't? You can send it straight to us from inside the app and track it to resolution — no email thread to dig up.

01Where to find it

Go to Settings → Support. You'll see a short form and, below it, a list of everything you've submitted.

02Submitting a request

  1. Pick the type:
  • 🐛 Bug — something's broken or acting wrong.
  • 💡 Feature — you wish it did this.
  • ❓ Question — how do I…?
  1. Give it a one-line title so it's easy to spot.
  2. Add a description — what happened, where, and what you expected instead. The more detail (which page, what you clicked, what you saw), the faster we can act on it.
  3. Hit Submit.

That's it. We read every one.

03Tracking your request

Each request gets a ticket number (like #1042) and a status you can watch under Your requests:

  • Submitted — we've received it.
  • In review — we're looking at it.
  • In progress — we're working on it.
  • Fixed ✓ — done. You'll see a short note explaining how it was resolved, and we'll email you at the same time.
  • Reviewed — we looked, and there's no change needed (for example, it was working as intended, or a duplicate of something already underway).

When a request is completed, the email and your Support tab both show a resolution tag — for example Fixed, Shipped, Answered, or Minor glitch — plus a plain-English reason, so you always know exactly what happened and why.

04Tips for a faster fix

  • One issue per request. It keeps each ticket clear and moving.
  • Include the page or screen where it happened.
  • Say what you expected. "I clicked Connect and nothing happened" tells us far more than "it's broken."

Your reports genuinely shape what we build next — thank you for sending them.
