Confirming your booked calls
Your AI can tell when a conversation looks like it ended in a booking. That's a good signal — but it's still a guess. Connecting your calendar turns it into a fact, so the number on your dashboard is calls that genuinely exist.
Takes about two minutes, once.
01Get your confirmation URL
Settings → Integrations → Confirm your booked calls.
Copy the URL you see there. It's unique to your workspace.
Treat it like a password. Anyone who has it can mark calls as booked in your account. It only ever affects your own workspace — but don't post it publicly.
02Connect it to your calendar
You only need one of these — whichever tool your booking link points at.
GoHighLevel
- Automations → Create Workflow
- Trigger: Appointment Status → Confirmed
- Action: Webhook, method POST
- Paste your URL, save, and publish the workflow.
Calendly
Add the URL as an outgoing webhook for the invitee created event. Note: Calendly only offers webhooks on their paid plans.
Cal.com
Settings → Developer → Webhooks → New, event Booking created, paste the URL.
Acuity Scheduling
Integrations → Webhooks, subscribe to appointment scheduled, paste the URL.
Anything else
If your tool can send a webhook when someone books — or you use Zapier or Make — point it at this URL. Any booking tool works.
03That's it
There's nothing to map or configure. When a booking comes in, we match it back to the right conversation automatically using the tracking tag already attached to your booking link.
Once it's connected you'll see:
- Booked on the conversation, confirmed rather than assumed
- Accurate booked counts on your dashboard
- Your AI stops following up with someone who has already booked — the single most common complaint from leads who booked and got nudged anyway
04Frequently asked
Do I have to do this? No. Everything keeps working without it. But until you connect it, "booked" is your AI's best guess rather than something your calendar confirmed.
Will it double-count? No. The same booking arriving twice is recorded once.
I connected it and nothing happened. Bookings are matched using the tracking tag on your booking link, so the lead has to reach your calendar through the link your AI sent. Someone who books from your bio link instead won't be matched to a conversation — there's nothing to match it to.
Can I change the URL? It's fixed for your workspace. If you believe it's been exposed, contact support and we'll rotate it.
