Repurposing: post everywhere without working everywhere
You are already doing the hard part: making content people respond to. Repurposing is how one filming session becomes a presence on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook without tripling your workload. Done right, you produce two or three core videos a week and publish across every platform daily.
01The rule that makes repurposing work
One core video, adapted, not copied. The platforms punish lazy cross-posting in one specific way: competitor watermarks. A TikTok logo on a reel tells Instagram the content came from somewhere else, and reach suffers for it. Always export clean files without watermarks, then post natively to each platform.
Beyond that, the adaptation is light:
- Instagram Reels rewards a clean look and your keyword CTA, since that is where your DM engine lives.
- TikTok rewards casual energy and trending sounds. Rougher is fine; polished can even underperform.
- YouTube Shorts rewards searchable, evergreen topics. Write the title like something people type into search: "how to get med spa clients without ads."
- Facebook Reels is the most underrated: less competition, older buyers with money, and if your Facebook page is connected to SetterStack, the same comment and DM automation works there too.
Same video, different caption and CTA per platform. Ten extra minutes per video, several times the surface area.
