The Leads page: who to call first

Not every conversation is worth the same attention. SetterStack's AI scores every lead so you always know who's hot right now — and never let a ready-to-buy person go cold while you're busy replying to tire-kickers.

01Hot, warm, cold

As the AI talks to your leads, it rates each one:

  • 🔥 Hot — high intent. They're engaged, asking the right questions, or close to booking. Reach out now.
  • 🟡 Warm — interested but not there yet. Worth nurturing.
  • ❄️ Cold — low intent right now, or went quiet. Leave them in the follow-up flow.

Each hot lead also shows a short "why it's hot" reason, so you can walk in with context instead of scrolling the whole thread.

02Finding your best leads fast

  • Open Leads in the sidebar.
  • Use Hot leads right now to filter to just the 🔥 conversations.
  • The "⏳ still reachable" lane is your reactivation list: leads whose last message is 24 hours to 7 days old. The free-reply window has already closed on these, so your AI setter stops on its own — but Meta still allows one human-style follow-up. Send it before day 7, when they go out of reach for good.

03Their contact details, right on the lead

When your AI setter captures someone's email or phone number in the conversation, it attaches straight to that lead — you'll see it in the Contact column, and it rides along in your CSV export. There's no separate contacts list to keep in sync: a lead is the person, and their details live with them.

04Promoting and exporting

  • Promote to lead pulls a promising conversation from the general inbox into your Leads list so it doesn't get lost.
  • Export CSV downloads your leads — now including any captured email and phone — for your CRM or spreadsheet.

05Leads vs the Inbox

The Inbox is every conversation, live. Leads is the focused, scored shortlist of the ones worth your time — think of the Inbox as the stream and Leads as the ranked to-call list.
